Boston, MA (PRWEB) October 20, 2006 — Boston-based VinCo Properties, Inc., a real estate development company that specializes in creating value through the repositioning of existing buildings and undeveloped land, is redeveloping the former 93-acre Foxborough State Hospital site at 6 Chestnut Street, Foxborough, MA into a highly anticipated mixed-use community called Chestnut Green.

Chestnut Green, a National Park Registered property built in 1891 and vacant since the early 1980’s, is being redeveloped into a mixed-use project consisting of 55,000 SF of retail, 98,000 SF of office, and 203 residential homes comprised of both condominiums and single-family homes.

Vincent O’Neill, President of VinCo Properties, Inc. is excited to announce the strong team of industry leaders that is working with him in developing Chestnut Green. “Each company is more talented than the next,” says O’Neill. “We have high expectations for this development, and the town of Foxborough is very excited about this project. David Crocini of Crocini Consulting, LLC is serving as the Project Manager. The co-development team consists of three additional companies: The Abrams Group will be developing residential condominiums, and Intoccia Construction Company and Douglas A. King Builders, Inc. will be developing single family homes.

Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC is managing the 98,000 SF of commercial office brokerage and The Retail Advisory Group is managing the 55,000 SF of retail brokerage.

The architects for the project are Eric Gould of Helicon Design Group Inc., who is designing the interior office space, JK Roller Architects, who are designing the condominiums, and Cubellis Associates, Inc. who are designing the retail space. All site design is being planned by the Bay Colony Group, Inc. and Brown Sardina, Inc.

Nickerson PR, Marketing & Events, Inc. (NPME) is developing and directing the overall public relations, marketing and advertising campaign for Chestnut Green.
